I'm having the same type of problem over at http://code.google.com/p/fits

I had wiki pages created from within the google code site. I wanted to
sync my local svn to google code, so I copied the .wiki files into my
local project and reset the google code svn. After I ran svnsync the
wiki pages are in the wiki directory, but do not display in the list
of editable pages. I also cannot create a new wiki page with the same
name even after deleting the wiki page from svn and resetting the
entire repository.
