Kenai in particular supports ALL OSI approved licenses, plus you can
chose "other" and use any other you chose.

Which was not the goal on Google Code. The policy that Google has in
place is an attempt to prevent needless license proliferation, which
causes awkward balkanization of the open source community. See [0] for
