Nathaniel,

I'm trying to make a commit today and it's actually swinging between
not-taking my password and:
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response
to MKACTIVITY request for '/svn/!svn/act/9c7bb5e4-7e11-48ce-a2cd-
d61af5e1eae5'

I really doubt if my project violates service agreement, so I not sure
if I banned for something (after reading this group it appears that
this message displayed for those who was banned for using google-code
as file sharing)... i have just little plugin with one little binary
which is build artifact.
