You can put up as many downloads as you want. Adding the 'deprecated' label will hide it from the list by default, and adding a 'featured' label makes it show up on the front page. But you only have a single file uploaded right now. You must be overwriting it each time; try clicking the 'new download' link instead of clicking on the existing file.
