I noticed already that "https" is required - as said I'm new to Google code. If I try to change a revprop (no, I'm not an owner) I get a message that the property is not UTF-8 encoded - even when I submit an empty message. To me this seems to "partially work" - at least it doesn't say I'm not allowed to commit a revprop-change.
OK, to cut the long story short: a normal committer can not change a revprop, only the owner can, right? If so I'll tell the owner and hope he'll find some time to fix the repo as it bugs me that I have to update all projects against an online-repo when I could simply mirror it to my local server.
