Greetings, Yesterday evening i found Google Code and i wanted to use it, after numerous attempts of logging in to import the folder on my desktop to the soghq.googlecode.com/svn/trunk directory failed, here are the steps i am taking:
1) i made a folder on my desktop called "google code" 2) i put a test.txt file in there, containing some dummy text for upload/download tests (project partners requested this.) 3) i right click the folder -> TortoiseSVN -> Import... 4) I enter "http://soghq.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/" as URL, and "Uploading test file." as Import message. Then click OK. 5) I see the Import window coming up, a few ms later the "Authentication" window opens above it, i enter my e-mail adress and password (as shown in settings, not my account password) and click "Save authentication". 6) After i hit OK, the window simply returns, so i copy-paste the info, and don't hit "save authentication", just in case that causes the problem. 7) the login screen simply returns, and repeating the steps 5 and 6 several times, i get this error: Error MKACTIVITY of '/svn/!svn/act/61f5aec5-6c72-7a4b- b8cf-0afed1605576': Error authorization failed: Could not authenticate to server: rejected Basic Error challenge (http://soghq.googlecode.com) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Project Hosting on Google Code" group.
