Hi, regarding the "archivematica" project,
http://code.google.com/p/archivematica/

- we use svnsync to sync our master Subversion repository to Google
project hosting

When a project member accidentally committed to the project hosting
repository instead of our master repository, svnsync stopped working

What I don't understand is, I thought that once the svnsync properties
were set on a project hosting repository, then only project owners
(like our "svnsync" user) could commit to it? The project member who
accidentally committed to the project hosting repository was a
"committer" but not an "owner"

Is there any way to limit commit access to project owners, or to just
our "svnsync" user, to avoid accidents like this?
