Hi there! I'm an admin on the otwarchive project (http://code.google.com/p/ otwarchive/). The project is a couple of years old and extremely active. We're almost at the limit of our attachment space quota: is is possible to upgrade our quota? We use a lot of attachments to help testers and coders when working on issues, so it is really important to us to have the space.
