On Apr 8, I tried registering the "conman" project at GoogleCode and
received a name conflict error with a project hosted at SourceForge
under the same name. I emailed the request to the SourceForge owner
on file but have received no response.

I'm the author/owner of the conman project that's been hosted at Gna
(http://home.gna.org/conman/) for the past 4 years, and at LLNL for
the 5 years prior to that. The conman at SourceForge is unrelated,
has no files in its download area, and appears to have been abandoned
after a total of 4 commits back in Sep 2007. I'd really like to move
conman from Gna to GoogleCode. Is there any chance I can register it
here under the name "conman"?
