Hi.

I wanted to check up on an issue that I got an email update on, and find
that I have been blocked from accessing the entire Google Code system.

Also, through a cursory check, it seems like every single comment I've made
on any issue for any project is gone - even on bugs where I am the reporter,
e.g.
  http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=10727
  http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=7559

I find the site-wide blocking a very harsh retaliation for what I assume is
the stepping on the toes of [email protected] through two bugs on Chromium.
I use Google Code frequently, and have also committed what I believe to be
at least somewhat constructive comments on several projects, e.g. Guice and
Chromium.

As a somewhat dull defense to this toe-stepping, may I point out that I am
not the only one complaining about the lack of progress of using PDFs on
Linux with Chrome -
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=19587- on this bug,
Evan removes all comments with any negative tone, and even
makes the issue read-only - but the duplicates also tell a story. The
support page should also give an indication of this -
http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Chrome/thread?fid=543f0c80bace6c4200048352a4bbc477&hl=en
.. nor about the problem of the Google's update servers for Linux -
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=38608 - where I even
filed a duplicate before I found the existing bug -
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=39871.

I hope that access can be restored, and I promise that I will never engage
with Evan Martin again.

Kind regards,
Endre.
