I have resolved this issue using the following steps: - Removed the sync-lock property on the remote repository (using the TortoiseSVN Repository Browser) - Add a wiki page via the Google UI (this tells the project that it is no longer reset) - Reset the remote repository via the Source tab (in the Google UI)
