Chris, can you please explain why do you think that 'project is not open source'? How it can be 'not open source' if everybody can download its source and re-deistribute it, and so on. Is its souce closed from public usage?
Please provide clear description of this decision or roll it back. There is no violation of TOS, and we a loosing thousands of users every day with such your actions w/o any warning from Google side. Very unprofessional. Google promotes speed improvements for websites and closes open source project aimed to speed websites up - this looks very funny (from one side) and very ambiguously (from the other side).
