I'd like to take ownership of the project name "dojo"
(http://code.google.com/p/dojo) back on Google Code. I originally held
it on Sourceforge years ago but approved a request for Miorel Palii to
use the name on Google Code. I'd like to migrate the project to Google
Code and reopen development on it.

All correspondence on the issue is reproduced below.
