Hello, I have a parallel linear algebra library (http://code.google.com/p/elemental) that is released under the New BSD license, but I am working with someone to incorporate a routine that will need to be under GPLv2. Is there a way that I can specify that a branch is released under a different license than the main branch?
If that is not possible, is there a way for me to create a clone that does not have to be prefixed with my username? Or should I just manually create a new project and push/pull between them with mercurial?
