I uploaded a file (PEAR package) and downloaded it once to check that
it works, but I built the package incorrectly and need to replace it.
The "delete download" page says that I can delete the file and upload
a new one to replace the old file contents. When I do this however:

* it disappears from the list [ok]
* it reappears in the list with a 0 download count after uploading
[ok]
* downloading it gives me the old file [not ok]

While I agree with keeping old releases for archival/stability
reasons, this file was up for about an hour and has 1 download--by me.
Do I need to wait before uploading the replacement for the old file to
be removed from mirrors or something similar?

If it helps, the file is
