Hi,
Today I've created a project on Google Code, and I started uploading
my first files without including the LICENSE file. I've added this
file in a later revision, but I wonder if someone can use the source
code from the first revision without comply with the license I've
chosen (MPL). Currently I've switched CVS from SVN to mercurial to
stop people from viewing the source code.

Is it safe to leave those revisions there without a license file?
Also, if one day I decide to change my project license, the new
license would extend also to the revisions I've uploaded with the old
license? This may sound as a stupid question but I don't really
understand much of licensing software.

Thanks,
Enrico
