I requested more projects a couple of days ago:

...and was promptly attended. Thanks! :D
However, after creating 5 more projects an "Action Limit Exceeded"
message appears when I try to create a new one. I waited 24 hours and
the same message appears. I'm trying to move about 20 extensions to
separate repos, and wouldn't mind creating 5 per day and move slowly,
but after waiting I'm still stuck in the action exceeded limit. I
wonder if this is expected and I should wait more or if there's
something you can do?
