Same issue with code project Klistret (http://code.google.com/p/ klistret/)
Seen on other forums that the problem could be related to an invalid user/pass. Discarded the repository from Eclipse (Subversion plugin) and unconnected the project. Reset the svn password from the google admin console. Thought was upon registering the repository again I would be prompted for user/pass. Never happened. Instead able to connect/read despite the "old" password being invalid.
