Since this email exchange, and as per your suggestion, I've contacted the [previous/current] project owner twice, but haven't received a response, and I am doubtful one will be forthcoming. Is there a procedure I should try to initiate at this point, or should I keep emailing, wait for the project to go "fallow," etc?
