Hi Dmitry,

The "&" in the URL is interpreted by the unix shell as a request to
run the command in the background.  That's pretty much par for the
course when trying to use wget.  You could use 'wget -O FILENAME' to
specify the output filename that you want.  Type 'wget --help' for
more info.
