User chander.iitg (http://code.google.com/u/chander.iitg/) has spammed a number of issue threads on code.google.com. Specifically, I found him/her on http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=1027 but chander.iitg's update page shows much more spam activity: http://code.google.com/u/chander.iitg/updates
