Unfortunately we don't support project renames at this time (there's a popular
feature request <http://code.google.com/p/support/issues/detail?id=2645> for
us to do so).
As for copying your data, while you can "svnsync" or "hg push" your source
repository from your old project to a new one and download-and-re-upload
your downloads we don't yet have a complete project-wide data copying
mechanism.
