Hello Googlers, I deleted a project because i was not permitted to reset the repo. Now that it's finally hard deleted, I can't recreate the project because of the name recycling rules. I understand why google has this policy, but i was wondering if there could be an exception as it was my project to start with (and will simply be updated with a more recent version of the same code).
