Sorry, were you asking me? I'm not using Mercurial, I usually just use the
Downloads tab for my projects. The OP is the one having the problems.

Yes, as it turned out it was just a faulty tag (

but there was also a rumbling about SVN errors (

)

It seems like your source code repository in general is faulty. There seem
to be other mentions of SVN errors too.
