Sorry, were you asking me? I'm not using Mercurial, I usually just use the Downloads tab for my projects. The OP is the one having the problems.
Yes, as it turned out it was just a faulty tag ( http://groups.google.com/group/google-code-hosting/browse_thread/thread/62a7db7f333af47d) but there was also a rumbling about SVN errors ( http://groups.google.com/group/google-code-hosting/browse_thread/thread/9a27484a32d1fd04 ) It seems like your source code repository in general is faulty.
