As we have already explained to you, we cannot recover these projects. You scheduled these projects for deletion. After a waiting period, where we let you change your mind about deleting them, the projects and their data were destroyed. We no longer have the data you stored in these projects, so it is impossible for us to recover it for you.
You are free to reuse the project names, but if you didn't have any backups of your own, your data is gone.
