Dear mailing list I'm writing here because I have an issue with another google code hosted project, that appearntly have ripped most of my project's code, where the credits and licensing have changed.
The name of my project is Tuxxedo, hosted at: http://code.google.com/p/tuxxedo, and the rip is hosted at http://code.google.com/p/arictos. I have previously sent him an email and it didn't bounce back so he must have got it aswell as an issue on his issue tracker without any sign of life or reaction. So my question in this dilema is, what are my posibilities to take actions and get the ripped code that I am the license holder of deleted from the project hosted on here on google code?
