First of all, thanks for the report.

For future reference (i.e., the archives), I'll detail why I'm taking this
project down. All reasons given are reasonable cause for a takedown, but the
first three claims need to go through a specific process to be actionable by
us, and so were not a factor in this particular case.

Are you the copyright owner? If so, you should file a DMCA notification at
http://www.google.com/dmca.html . We can only act on copyright infringement
claims that are reported in compliance with the DMCA.

Do you represent Nintendo in an official capacity? If so, filing a DMCA
notification is the way to go. The DMCA requires that notification be from
the copyright owner or an authorized representative.

This may be covered by the DMCA (I'm not 100% sure, and in any case this is
not legal advice). The copyright owner of the content should establish with
their legal counsel whether this is the case, and if it is, file a DMCA
notification.

This is a straight and simple violation of the Terms of Service of our
project hosting platform. The project is indeed lacking source code for the
distributed binaries, and what source code is there is merely a downloader
for other closed source binaries hosted on Google Code. On that basis, I've
taken the project down.

Thanks again for the report!
