A year and a half ago, your project triggered our malware detectors.
And it had no source code.  So it was taken down.  It was deleted a
long time ago;  sorry you only just noticed it now.

It does look like you were at least intending to write some open
source software, so I've un-banned your account.  Feel free to create
some new open source software projects, but please be sure to include
source code.
