Hi ShiJun Li, Your project was banned for simply hosting files, but apparently you're just hosting source code tarballs of other open source software. That doesn't technically violate our terms of service (you're only posting open source code), but it's a fairly strange practice and we'd like our product to be used as nothing but a distribution system for existing packages. You should be actively developing a new open source project, not just distributing existing projects. Can you change that, please?
