What files? In the 'Downloads' area? Sure. In Subversion? A simple
'svn delete' won't destroy the history of a file, only remove it from
the latest revision tree. Easily recoverable. If the malicious
attacker signs on as a project *owner*, then they can reset (wipe the
history) of the whole repository.
