The Google Code project "hackmii-installer-hbc" lists itself is a GPLv3 project when in fact LICENSE.txt in "Hackmii Installer - HBC.rar \Hackmii Installer - HBC\hackmii_installer_v0.8" within notes that the two elf binaries in the same sub directory are a pair of closed source, non-distributable binaries taken from http://bootmii.org/download/
