Hi, http://code.google.com/p/tivotodo/ has neared capacity, and users can't upload debug logs. I don't expect my Downloads to ever reach the 2GB limit, so could some of that reserved space be allocated to Issue Attachments?
Also, will the ability of permanently deleting attachments by the project owner ever be granted? I imagine such an ability could greatly reduce the number of requests like this.
