If you own the copyright to the code, you're free to license it
however you choose.

You can find details of all of the OSI-approved licenses at
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/ and pick one that suits you.  You
probably want one of the ones that Google Code gives in the menu
unless you have a good reason for selecting a different one.
