You should contact the Software Freedom Law Center and see if they can help. If someone violates Facebook's tems of service using your app, then that is a matter between that user and Facebook; I'm not sure why you would be involved -- terms of service are not laws, after all. But I am not a lawyer. Go to http://softwarefreedom.org/ and see if they can help.
By the way, I couldn't find any development sources or other dev-oriented downloads for your software, so even if I wanted to grab it and put it on Google Code under a open source license (which I would need your permission for, as your current license is not open source), I couldn't do that yet.
