You're probably using a traditional Chinese encoding, and the source browser
isn't very smart about auto-detecting encodings other than ISO-8859-1 and
UTF-8. If you change your files to UTF-8 encoding, the comments should start
looking reasonable in the source browser.

For example, running one of your
programs<http://linklist.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ACE_EXP/ACE_SOCK_Connector.cpp>through
"iconv -f CN-GB -t UTF-8" produces a good file for me.
