I'd like to be able to upload code changes to the World Wind RCP project (http://code.google.com/p/worldwindrcp/). But the project lead doesn't seem to monitor the 'issues' list, and there's no mailing list that I can find. Is there any way to send an email to the project owner (I can't any option to do that, either.).
What's the policy on abandoned projects? How can one take it over if the project owner abandons it?
