Dear Google, It appears my access to most Google services, including Google App Engine and Google Code has been blocked. When I attempt to contact these services, I receive the following notification in my browser:
Your client does not have permission to get URL / from this server. I am also seeing this issue connecting to Google App Engine. So far, other Google services are unaffected. This is me connecting via a VPN hosted by a server in Germany: IP Address: 178.63.61.197 ISP: HETZNER ONLINE AG If possible, I'd love some feedback from Google as to why these servers are refusing to service me. Please work with me to resolve these issues.
