I have the same issue, it seems like. Any Google Code pages are refusing me access, and the same goes for any Google App Engine pages. This is when I connect to them via a VPN hosted by a server in Germany (178.63.61.197 - HETZNER ONLINE AG). When I connect without the VPN, my access is just fine and I can do anything.
Specifically, http://code.googe.com shows: Your client does not have permission to get URL / from this server. Same goes for an App Engine hosted site such as: http://deblock.lhunath.com This is not a LAN issue or a network issue on my end. Most other Google services or any other sites or Internet services for that matter seem unaffected. This is very specifically a ban by the Google Code/App Engine services on my IP address or a range that includes it. Please investigate this issue internally and provide feedback as to why service is being denied to these IP addresses.
