Hi, I am the owner of http://code.google.com/p/unquote/, I recently added an attachment, xunit.gui-bad-newlines.bmp, to an issue, http://code.google.com/p/unquote/issues/detail?id=12, which is larger than it needs to be and I'd like to have it permanently deleted so that I can replace it with a compressed version (129 KB vs 1.47 MB). Reading around I've learned that I can not permanently delete it myself, but should request a Google Code admin do this for me. Soft delete is not sufficient because the file is useless yet consuming 3% of my issue attachments quota.
