Hi Rico,

Thanks for getting back to me on this. I'm not offended that you included
the Floatbox code in your project. In fact, I suppose I should be bit
honoured that you found it worthwhile. But I still don't want my code there
because I don't want alternate distribution points for the Floatbox
software. The reasons are quite simple. I want people to have to agree to
the terms of use that they are presented with before downloading Floatbox
from my site, and I want people to be getting the latest, and hence most
capable and problem free, version of Floatbox. There is also the practical
matter that the Floatbox code is not open source and so should not be part
of nor posted in an open source project. The license terms for Floatbox
state "Any and all redistribution of the Floatbox software...is
prohibited...".

I have no interest in seeing your project shut down, and in fact I hope and
trust that it can continue. My request is simply that you remove my
software from your project code and distribution. Instead of including
Floatbox directly, just tell folks that they need to obtain and install the
Floatbox package from http://randomous.com/floatbox/download. I think this
meets both our objectives.

Cheers...
...Byron
