Hi there,

I've been hacking on the Google-hosted pyftgl project for the last few
weeks adding features, fixing bugs and making it more compliant with
the popular FTGL library which it provides bindings for. I've also
spent time packaging up binaries for Windows and OS X (for which
compilation is non-trivial) and writing compilation instructions for
these platforms. I submitted the first of several patches on the
projects issue tracker, and when there was no response from that, I
emailed the project admin Anders Dahnielson. This was more than a week
ago and I haven't received any response from either communication. The
last update to the project was three years ago in January 2008 - I
think he might have lost interest.

Is there any way I can get commit access / project ownership for this
project? It's actually an incredibly useful tool for Python OpenGL
developers and it's a real shame to see it stagnate half-finished when
there are still interested parties around.

Cheers,
Luke
