I can't figure out if the site is promoting the possibility of escaping Google's grasp on our data, or if the idea is that our data can be liberated by Google...
Either way: 1 - Always have a local backup of your data. It's not impossible for one's data to go "puff" on the internet. 1.5 - The wiki repositories in Google Code Project Hosting pages usually are accessible via Subversion or Mercurial. 2 - There are already a few converters to and from html <-> wiki, either via JavaScript/ECMA Script, or Python or something like that. 3 - To convert between wiki variants, it's also a matter of doing some research. 4 - For example, want to display your "google code wiki" pages somewhere else in HTML?
