Hi Taylor, I just looked into that issue and a little bit into the accounts of the users who posted those comments. I absolutely agree that it is annoying, and if I found proof that it is the same person using multiple accounts I would ban them from using code.google.com. However, in this case I don't see an obvious connection between the accounts. Sometimes people see bad behavior by other users and decide to copy it. Or, sometimes one user might post to another forum somewhere else on the web and ask everyone to post to a given issue.
However, I can tell you that our server stops sending email in response to non-member comments once the issue reaches 100 comments. So, that issue has only 6 more comments to go, and that should be the end of the noise. Thanks, jason!
