Hi. I would like to report two projects that use google code as file
hosting service without releasing their source code.

The first one is
jidianzhengma(http://code.google.com/p/jidianzhengma/). I have
reported it several times but it seems that google never takes any
action against it.

The other is virtualpiano(a.k.a MidiPiano,
http://code.google.com/p/virtualpiano/). It used to be a shareware few
years ago, now the author releases it as a freeware and uploads an
obsolete source code package of an old version, while he still
provides binary download hosted in Google Code for newer closed-source
versions.

There is no evidence of their intension to acquire financial benefit
from individual project but I still think it's a violation of Google
Code terms of service.

Regards,
gyk
