Equinox. I came across the following page

that seems to have a complete copy of my book in PDF form. All the files in
the form Chapter XX-OSGi.zip and similar forms contain material that is
copyrighted by me and my co-authors. We have not authorized this distribution
and ask that you immediately remove the content. We also ask that you remove
the Google search results that link to these pages.
Please let me know that this issue has been accepted and resolved.
