Hi,

I'm quite desperate and I hope you can help me!

Here is my problem:

I wanted to rename my project (~300 followers, ~4000 downloads/month)
from 'spyderlib' to 'spyder'. As project renaming is not supported, I
just created the new project and tried to transfer all issues from a
project to another using the Issue Tracker API (Python). I tested on 3
issues first (it seemed to work as expected) and then deleted them.
And when I ran my script to transfer all issues (around 700 issues!),
I realized that the issue ID was starting at "4" instead of "1"...
which is causing an incredible mess with the Mercurial history (issue
numbers in commit messages do not match the new issue IDs) and that
only the first issue comment had been transfered (but this I can fix
myself using the Issue Tracker API).

Here is how you may help me (please!!):

So, in a perfect world, if you could transfer all my issues (with the
same ID and with all comments and attached files) from 'spyderlib' to
'spyder', it would be a huge help for me...
But I would be also very grateful if you could simply delete all the
'spyder' project issues, allowing me to create new ones from issue ID
#1.

In any case, please do not delete/replace issues from the wrong
project (I will be devastated!!):
'spyderlib' (current project with issues starting at #1 with all
comments and attached files) -----> 'spyder' (new project with badly
transfered issues...)

Thanks a lot for your help,
Cheers
Pierre
