I hired a programmer to code the admin panel of my website http://www.uniteddatabase.net/. Now he says I cannot use the script, which I paid for, in other websites without his consent because he registered that script in Google code.
Here is what he said "One more thing I want to mention here is the admin area. That is my registered script at Google Code and you can't use or distribute that code on any site which is not developed by me. For example, you can install UnitedDatabase anywhere and use the admin but not with the site which I have not developed." He never mentioned such a thing until now. I can show all my logs to prove this. The idea of the admin panel is fully ours, all he did was to code it. I am totally confused.
