You'll need to copy your history locally, either with svnsync (svn) or
'hg clone' (hg), and then run some sort of filter on it, either
svndumpfilter (svn) or 'hg convert' with a filemap (hg). Once you've
sanitized the history to your satisfaction, you'll want to reset your
repository and re-upload using the cleaned up version as the source.
