When logged in as [email protected], are you able to visit the
http://code.google.com/p/openbluedragon-admin-app/adminMembers page?
I also think you're getting some terms mixed up - projects have
"contributors", "committers", and "owners", and there is no "administrator"
role within a project that has more capabilities than the owner role.
