Thanks for your reply.

It's complicated - davidjgrant1978 was a alias for [email protected],
which *was* a regular Google Account.  In addition to that account, I
*also* had a Google Apps domain configured for [email protected],
which has been migrated.  When it was migrated, I needed to transfer
the old account to a different one ([email protected]) to resolve
a conflict.  Believing I had migrated all my data to the Apps account,
I deleted the old account, meaning I can no longer log in.

If it helps, I remembered to transfer my other project, so you have
some sort of audit trail you should see ownership of that project pass
between my old account (davidjgrant1978) and my new account
([email protected]).  The other project URL is:
